The way all
Cricket should be!

You can learn and play Indoor Cricket at our Smashbounce Indoor Arena. Indoor Cricket is an exciting team game that combines fun, fitness and competition, and its simplicity allows people of all ages to play: men women, young old, or cricketers, non-cricketers. The Game involves the basic principles and skill of traditional cricket: running, batting, fielding, and bowling.

Indoor Cricket as it is now known, was started in Australia in 1984 after it was brought over from Germany. The nets were introduced as only difference and this successful formula has grown from strength to strength in various countries around the world. Played in countries like Australia, New Zealand, England, South Africa, India, Sri Lanka, and few other countries, this great sport has its various levels from social matches to league matches to Provincial or State tournaments all the way up to national and international matches including World Cups and Masters Series.

In terms of the concept of the game indoor cricket is similar to cricket. Like its outdoor cousin, indoor cricket involves two batsmen, a bowler and a team of fielders. The bowler bowls the ball to the batsmen who must score runs.[4] The team with the highest score at the end of the match wins. Despite these basic similarities, the game itself differs significantly from its traditional counterpart in several ways, most notably on the field of play and the means by which runs are obtained.
